1. Booking Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling can only be made by telephone or email up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment. 

Please contact Noah Therapies on 0208 394 0393 if you think you will be late for your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate lateness. However, there may be times when lateness will result in reduced consultation time, treatment time or re-booking of your appointment.

2. Payment

Our terms are full payment on the day of treatment in the clinic or you may also pay in advance by card by telephone. Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. We do not accept cheques.

3. Refunds

No refunds of any kind will be given against any gift vouchers purchased or any treatments or procedures undertaken.

 

4. Child Policy

We do not treat patients under the age of 18 years.
